The original spring assisted hinge has been upgraded to a specially designed Air Lift Hinge which allows for extra easy opening of the dome and reduces the weight by 96%. A new and improved air vent system has been designed, ensuring precise air control even on rainy days. The outer design has also been developed with a Stainless Steel Latch and Wire Mesh Fibreglass Gasket, giving an air tight seal and the perfect cook with every use.
